Originally built by Powell duffryn in Cardiff prior to a rebuild of former ICI TTV tanks onto OCO Mond chassis this small fleet of six wahons were ownered by Tiger rail and used to convey nitric acid from Ince and Elton to BNFL at salwick near Preston.
The wagon modelled is one of two in the fleet that ran on the gloucester pedestal suspension no. 51949/50.
The kit comprises an acrylic tank. Two resin tank ends and a resin chassis.
